Electronic Monitoring
We provide devices, software and 24/7 monitoring centre support for the Ministry of Justice's electronic monitoring service. Measures are ordered by the courts and implemented by the Ministry; Enkonet provides technical infrastructure and operational support.
Home Detention
A home unit and an ankle tag are used to monitor whether the monitored person is at home during the hours set by the court. Breaches are reported to the monitoring centre immediately.
GPS Location Tracking
The device determines its position using satellite, mobile network and Wi-Fi data. If the connection is lost, data is stored on the device and sent once the connection is restored.
Victim Protection
A separate device issued to the victim alerts both the victim and the monitoring centre if the monitored person comes within the set distance.
Monitoring Centre
Alarms are assessed at the monitoring centre, which operates 24/7, and reported to the relevant authorities. Field teams are dispatched where necessary.
Monitoring Software
The monitoring software was developed by our own team and is hosted in data centres in Türkiye. Location tracking, alarm handling, case and device management, and reporting are combined in a single system.
